Please be advised that the rate you are paying is for the usage of the site, electric, water, sewer, and access to our bathhouse & laundry facilities. Complimentary Wi-Fi & Expanded Cable are offered, but not promised as signals are directly affected by the occupancy of the park. Our expanded cable requires a digital TV, or digital tuner, and may not work for all units. Wi-Fi signal is not at any time large enough for streaming etc., and we ask that it be used in a courteous manner.
